I feel a group buy coming on..
You guys want to talk about that?  Let me know..  I see that quantities reduce the price on them..

Well let's talk about it..  If we get to 10 fixtures..  I think we could get a great deal.
I could also ask my plant manager in China to get us a direct price  :)

If ur planning to go with the Chinese LED fixture. Try  to get the 165w or the 240w.

Yea the link is 165w, and I've seen a couple on you tube and they look phenomenal.

It says they run 114 watt on 110v.  There are others that actually push 165 watts.

You'll never use them at 100 percent anyway .  So why worry.

The lights are 3w leds,  but they are driven at 2 watts...  For longer life from what I've read

Longer life and cooler.  Also the big lumens per watt rating that led's offer is always far below maximum wattage. So to actually get that efficiency level you actually need about three times more emitters than you might think and to add to the confusion...many emitters are binned for spectrum at maximum output so you don't really know what spectrum you're getting at lower outputs other than through trial and error.  (See Glen's aka Salty Cracker. Extensive work and tweaking to eventually be successful).

Subscribed.

Your water looks so clean, love the blue starfish. I would like to get a red  one and a blue one. I wonder if thats compatible? I dont see why not.  All those hammers and zoas are beautiful. Nice idea of the tiles to spread zoas across.

Enjoyed the video, thanks for sharing.

http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=141009356659&fromMakeTrack=true
because its the 55- 3w LEDs, just like the 120w fixture thats being advertised on Ebay...

are they both the same light?
