They are all 165w (3wx55), but are driven at 2 watts per led (120w)  I've yet to see any of them driven at 3watts.. I think it's an advertising gimmick..  Besides,  you'll unlikely run these fixtures at 100%

Just remember, you get what you pay for, but in saying that lots of reefers run Chinese Cheapos with good success, I'll be picking up my 27 inch Razor with the upgraded lenses next week at a cost of 700 bucks. with a warrantee.

no its not that loud... and its pulling alot of gunk out, more than my previous skimmer ever did
