I just wanted to say how nice it is to have a company that backs the products they sell. Aaron has done an amazing job pointing me in the right direction without giving me the run around like I receive at Incredible Aquarium. When I had the wrong part sent to me for my Skimmer that was purchased at IA Aaron suggested I contact the company directly and I did. I received the right parts all the way from Hong Kong within 4 days and they were the correct "brand new" parts. The parts I received from Bill seemed to be used and were incomplete. I did call Bill right away and sent an email with no reply and at this time started to worry that my tank would turn for the worse. I'm not a company basher but I am very disappointed with incredible aquariums and in this hobby we spend enough money on our equipment and demand that when this equipment breaks down that we can turn to the companies we choose to deal with to back it up. This is not the only time Aaron has helped me, as he's helped with other warranty issues and has fixed them all. This topic is to thank him for the great work he's doing and to acknowledge the work he puts in so that his customers are 100% satisfied.
