White Spot On Back Glass Tank

When I was dosing my tank using 2 parts last evening, I noticed a white spot kinda encrusted about 0.5" wide on the back glass of the tank. Any idea what is this? It is nowhere else except here.

Definitely look like snail eggs. My nassarius are constantly laying eggs on the glass and my 2 Leopard Wrasses love to eat them!
