Ever think that your return pump could be quieter if you adjust its position slightly, then you're return line breaks free at the 90* at the water level, then it starts spraying everywhere then you need to direct the spraying water with your hand, open the cabinet and turn off the power bar with your foot?

Lesson learned. Any adjustments with pumps are to be done with the power off....

OMG similar just happened to me last week. Adjusted a pipe and broke the return while it was on. A Vectra M1 shoots a lot of water everywhere pretty quick lol

My waterchange system drains 40 gallons into a tote. I then add a pump with a hose to drain to the sink. I had the hose pop off one day and shot water all over the floor and roof.
