Can someone please help me urgently? our 32G biocube air middle chamber has stopped flowing water to the left hand chamber where the pump is. We cleaned the middle chamber to make sure nothing was blocking it and we cleaned the left chamber sponge and took the pump out and cleaned it(and cleaned the pro tie skimmer) in the right hand chamber. The water flows from the right chamber to the centre chamber, but will not flow over through the stone to the left hand chamber.

PLEASE HELP!!!

So I am sure which back you have, it goes in on the right, then over into the middle, under into the left where the pump is?

Thanks so much. I have the newer version of this, which is very similar. I was so overwhelmed trying to get the situation resolved in a hurry that I did not even get a chance to check back to see if anyone responded to my post before my dinner company arrived. My son had taken some water out of the tank to do CoralX on some frags. I had a friend I called and he diagnosed the issue as us having lost suction. We had to fill the chamber to the top to get the suction going again. It was a panic for awhile because I was looking for a blockage from the middle chamber to the LH one, and cleaning the pump, etc. in case that was blocked, and it was not a blockage. Luckily it was resolved. Appreciate your responses:)

Trust me when i say i feel you on this 1, try to add a pop bottle worth of RO/DI water every 2-4 days as needed. If i dont do that my 3rd chamber drops super quick and you will draw in air and cloud the tank badly with oxygen. I have a bc29. Depending which return pump you have down there whether its stock or not, most pumps u can put a 90 on and draw from the bottom to reduce the chance of this happening however proper water care is definately your best approach. Anytime i feed coral or do any type of water changes i unplug my pump as well.

Hope that helps.
