Unknown anthias

The problem is the picture is too blue so I find it hard to tell.  Is there any streaking of colour coming off its face?  I would geuss that it is a female of some sort but with all that blue I just cant tell.

They can adapt to saltwater but I doubt that's what it is

It's not rare theres a guy on YouTube whos converted lots of brackish fish over to saltwater frag tanks

my guess is a regular Bartlett anthias.. its probably been neglected and hasn't been fed a proper diet.. get some good food in it and maybe it'll color back up.. im sure with a good photo aaron will be able to ID it for you for sure.

It is not a borbonius Anthia I can guarantee you that.

Lots of fish show pale colors and patterns at night that you wouldn't necessarily see during the day.

ya im sure its not, yours is cool looking though
my looks nothing like it just the patterns where similar
im feeding it nls, im hoping its colour will return... its still a pale pink
