I have about 7 tuxedo urchins. They are hilarious. They stick all kinds of things to there backs to blend in.
One is carrying around 3 zoas. LOL
They do a great job at cleaning up algae too. I have that red velvet stuff and they are eating.

these are awesome algae eaters. i have two also and love em, they are funny too, i had one travel around with a gorg on its back for a while and the other carried the suction cup thing for the new era grazing rings around for awhile

I don't have one in my tank. But use them in clients tanks.

They do a great job at controlling some, but not all algaes. I do however find that once they've cleaned all the algae, they really go after the coraline. I've seen them do quite the number on purple rocks if there's nothing else for them to eat.

Only downsides is they are little bulldozers, glue your stuff down.

I have to keep rescuing snails (Still alive) off their backs, and a hermit crab or two once and awhile

I had one and he kept getting stuck between the rock and I would have to rescue him, how do you keep out of the rock? I would like to get another one or two.
