Hey guys I'm getting a bit of sun on front glass of my tank not sure if I should cover my front glass with some cardboard when not home or run lights later in day
Not true. My tank is right in front of a bay window and no problem algae to speak of. NO3 and PO4 gives you algae problems. Also some algae is to be expected because if you cant grow some algae you cant grow corals.....just look at nice tanks with thriving refugiums full of algae. Its when you have a nutrient problem and/or a lack of critters to take care of the algae that it becomes a problem.Petercar link said:Sunlight shining on glass will give yu algae ssues always
