For those who may not know, huge loss for the reefing community. Jake Adams, Managing Editor for ReefBuilders, passed away unexpectedly.

On October 20, 2022, Jake passed away suddenly and unexpectedly with an unknown cause of death. He was traveling to Bali for a dive trip and collapsed on the airplane. He is currently in Taipei, where we are working with the American Institute in Taiwan to bring him home.

A GoFundMe was created to honor Jake's legacy and to help aid and support his wife, Windsor and their "little frag". YES, Windsor is currently 9 weeks pregnant. All donations will go directly to Windsor and their baby.

'Sudden death syndrome' has been suppressed by twitter, google, facebook and youtube.
I think that's about to change with the change of ownership at twitter. It will be interesting to see when/if it starts trending.
We've lost a LOT of people, some famous, many not, to "sudden death", and it's insane that people 'seemingly' don't talk about it.

Just saying...this guy was young, probably perfectly healthy. I'm sure his family is devastated.
