Spiderwebbing

I have this on the live rocks. Only appears after a water change or cleaning the skimmer. What is it? I've read worms, snails, sponges and even coral excreations.

So it's snails what type of crab ?

Kind of in the centre of rock it's a purple shell attached to rock

Halichoeres wrasses, six line Wrasse, Leopard Wrasse may eat them.
