Sourcing Basf Emaco R400 With Acryl60

Anyone know where I can buy this stuff?

BASF Emaco R400 with a polymer additive called Acryl 60

Or BASF Emaco GP (might be called BASF MasterEmaco N 424 now)

Apparently this is the same stuff being rebranded by sellers as 'reef safe cement'. I've been reading it's the best stuff to use, on the reefing forums.

Apparently the polymer additive greatly increases the bonding capability as well.

Anyone know a local source? (Or even an online one?)

I've tried searching for concrete suppliers and everyone I've gotten ahold of so far just does ready-mix.

Have you tried Ferrell Brick and Stone just outside of London?

Thanks for all the helpful suggestions guys! I have made a bit of progress with your help.

Tried Patene Building Supplies -- Negative, but they were very helpful in pointing me towards Form and Build Supply, who was even more helpful.

Form and Build Supply carries everything I want (it all seems to be in stock in Mississauga, so it could be in Kitchener in a few days) (GREAT!)

The discussions I've been reading about Reef Safe Cement are referencing product names that no longer exist.
The Helpful guy at Form and Build told me:
Emaco R400 is now MasterEmaco N 427 ('lighter' colour) 50lb bag
Emaco GP is now MasterEmaco N 424 ('darker' colour) 50lb bag
Acryl60 is now MasterEmaco A 660

Apparently this is the same product that's been rebranded by MarcoRock to use as their 'house brand'
http://www.marcorocks.com/aquascape-supplies/e-marco-400/

For all intents and purposes, the R400 and GP are the same. One being half the price, and darker (which I think would be a good thing), I know which one I'm getting!

The Acryl60 (MasterEmaco A 660) is an acrylic-polymer emulsion mixed with Portland cement mortars, plasters, stucco, and concrete mixes to enhance their physical properties, adhesion to substrates, and durability.

Now here's my problem

The Acryl60/A 660 comes in one gallon jugs, or 5 gallon pails. Form and Build Supply can only order the 5 gallon pail ($230) or a CASE of 4x1 gallon jugs. ($200)....

Soo I'm back on the search for:

MasterEmaco N 424 (50lb)
MasterEmaco A 660 (1gal)
(but I really only need to find the A 660)

I'm wondering who they sell The Acryl60/A 660 too? maybe they can put you in contact with someone they supply this product too that maybe willing to sell you a smaller qty? I can also ask a few of the masons that we supply with steel and see if they have some or know where to get smaller qty if you would like.

Update: I called back Form and Build Supply and after some begging, pleading, and maybe a little crying(haha jk), they were willing to 'make it work' for me!
Excellent customer service from these guys.

Soo now I've got 50lbs of 'reef safe cement' on the way ,with an acrylic polymer additive that turns this stuff into 'super cement'!

I plan on getting pretty creative with my aquascape so I might end up using a lot, but I imagine I'll still have lots leftover.

...Time to get cracking on aquascaping designs!
