I have a vertex puratex 100gpd unit that has decided it doesn't want to work for me. Here's the story and the history.
Up until last weekend was working fine, I replaced media and put a manual shut off valve at the end of my drip line. So I replace my 55 gal with a 75 let it fill and shut off the valve. The light comes on the display saying the pressure tank is full. To be expected. So now I go to fill up a bucket for top up and pressure comes out of line but then stops, light still on. I went over and taped on switches and solenoid with a screw driver, thinking I might have a sticky solenoid and it worked, started running, so I thought ok I'll just not close that valve again. Well I must have been tired and I closed the valve at some point and now for the life of me I can't get the system to start back up. I have temporarily bypassed the solenoid that is closed by the computer but the pump won't activate so I know it won't run efficiently and likely won't run and rinse cycles either.

Does anyone have a parts break down diagram so I can figure out what switch is the bad one and also anyone know of anyone with parts in stock? I'm thinking it's the high pressure switch not working but what do I know?

the high pressure switch is normally closed and opens under high pressure so if you short the terminals together at the high pressure switch and the unit starts working then the high pressure switch is bad.
