What's the difference between the dc pumps and the dct pumps by jebao ? Is it just a generation difference?

all the motor control circuitry is in the controller instead of the pump.

Ya, moving the control circuitry away from the motor block eliminates the electro-magnet interference and makes it more stable.
Also if the circuitry fails, you just have to replace the controller instead of the motor block.
