Pro Clear 4in1 Sump

I have this sump (pro clear 4 in 1). It came with the media containers. 3 of them.
Trying to figure out what to put in them, would like to utilize them since i have them.
You can see the slots in the one shot where they sit and water is forced through them.

Was thinking maybe matrix.

Any thoughts.

I am a big fan of matrix, its VERY porous and doesnt contain aluminum.

I have the same sump and use Matrix in them. The media containers defiantly make it easy to clean the Matrix with a quick dip and swirl during water changes.
