I know you say you got your Mag 18 full but a 3/4 Sea Swirl will only accept a certain amount of flow, You might want to look for another one down the road in your travels, 2 would be sweet on the longer tank.

A 3/4 Sea Swirl will allow 850 Gallon per hour a Mag 18 pumps 1300 plus at 4 ft Head, You could run a 1 inch Sea Swirl with out problems but then you'd have to place it on the end. 2x 3/4 would be perfect. I know Stop spending my money LOL

wow great looking fish and tank, i love the leopards, that's awesome. i wasn't sure at first if you were considering this an upgrade or just something your only settling for since it was all that was around, but i really like the tank and i think it looks great, nice to see something different for sure.

Well I designed and planned the other tank for a month and I loved it.

If I could go back I would.
So in a way  I was 'settling' for this
But now that it's finished I do really like it and am not disappointed.

But the whole idea and setup was throw. Together in 2 days so there's obvious function flaws with the setup,
But I'm very happy I didn't lose anything !

pretty much eliminated any chances of agression with all those new fish now too. i really like how the photos come out good from your phone with the 10k lighting

Are you going to install over flow boxes?

nope, i find the stand pipes some what 'low profile' and take up less room than a box would, in a month or two they will be covered with coraline and i already hardly notice them.
