I have noticed some people having issues sending/receiving PM's lately. If you are having that issue and you are sending via Tapatalk, please continue to read. If you are not using Tapatalk and having issues, please email me at torx@thefragtank.ca
When sending a message through Tapatalk, there is a link you need to select to send a message on the forum. If you do not select it, then you are possibly sending a Tapatalk chat message. This happens when a user has associated their account with Tapatalk. If the user no longer has Tapatalk on their phone, or has turned chat notifications off, they will not get the notification. Please see the pic below. You must tell it to send a forum PM
