So my little brother saved up all his money and ordered a par 38 with goose neck for 70$ and the goose neck showed up but no bulb!!!! Now he's discouraged because he don't have anymore money. Way to start in the hobby!!!! And that's my rant

exactly, one would assume that when you buy a light fixture of that type that the bulb would be included unless other wise stated..

PAR38 LED Light Bulb $60 OBO
PAR38 LED bulb for sale. I bought it about a year ago at a fish store in Mississauga. Used it for about 6 months on a nano reef, which I have now taken down

Beautiful light that successfully grew soft corals and anemones. The bulb's lifespan is thousands of hours so it has a lot of use left. Base screws into any standard socket. The bulb does not create a lot of heat.
Paid $113 with tax, asking $60 OBO

Well in all fairness let's get a better grasp on the situation. Was it simply a mistake on behalf of the seller? Cause stuff like this can easily happen. Or did your brother make a mistake and not read everything in the ad. eBay sellers are usually pretty good in my eyes because they can't mess around with this sort of thing because PayPal almost exclusively sides with the buyer. Post the ad up here and let's see it.

I have over 300 transactions on eBay and have never run into any issues but you have to be careful. Many sellers show/sell combo items like this only to state in the ad that the bulb is not included or that the auction is for the fixture only. In which case it'll be a life lesson for your brother which is a cheap one at only 70 bucks.....

eBay will always side with the buyer. I bought an mp40 and it was loud and the wetside was scarred. I got a refund BUT you have to pay return shipping WITH TRACKING. I don't buy from overseas sellers for this reason.
