a single 3/8" cable can hold well over 12000 lbs depending on if its galvanized or if its stainless.. those look like 3/4" or even 1" so each cable would have a breaking power of 60000+lbs so while i guess it was oversized with some asthetics in mind im certain its functional and the main support for this build. Super nice design, i wonder if its actually a hobbyist or just someone with too much money.

The too much money thing gets me, they just have the tank cuz it's cool , but they know nothing and do nothing , a company just handles it all....
There def is a difference between a hobbiest and some with too much dough..
