Ok so I got ahold of some ph calibration solution for this pin point and I calibrated it. Works awesome. However, my ph is sitting around 7.8. This is a little low to my understanding... Is this a problem? How do I raise it safely? I have 8.2 buffer but I don't wanna shock the tank. And I am kalk dripping I thought this would help buffer it. Any suggestions?

Ya I started reading it pretty interesting but as for in my reef system I just to a quick color check every couple of weeks and ive been fine.  I thought water changes fix it sometimes

I don't really worry about my pH and don't know when the last time I even measured it. What you need to be careful of is a rapid changes in pH over a very short period of time. If things look good, I wouldn't worry about it. The levels that require more attention are Ca, Alk, and Mg. If you have been dosing with kalk, I am sure you are monitoring these anyway.
