Well everythings hooked up and seems to be okay, have the line in my room where my tank is for accesible which is awesome, just goig to take a sample over to the water guy up the atreet and get my TDS tested,  3 filter have been changed and the DI needs to be, and the membrane should still be good for a bit id assume. It took about two hours to fill up 5 gallons is that a normal rate? And has anybody read anything about cold water slowing down the pressure because of flowing throght the filters and membrane slower? I read somewhere that that can affect it and to drop a 25' coiled line in a bucket with a tank heater before it hits the unit and thats suppose to help? Any input on that?

5 gals in 2 hrs is 60 gal a day, a booster pump would help get the production up, temp is a factor but booster pump would be better. 60 gal is pretty good without a booster pump.

Got it tested and its 0.00, even with old DI. Finally my own water.!

Input pressure is much more important than temperature.  The pressure drop from the 25' line would hurt more than any temp gain.  Most membranes can handle close to 160psi and max efficiency close to that point.
