All I have to say. Wow!!! Speechless. Thanks to all that referred me to the store. Let me start off by saying the crew working at the store is amazing. Store is beautiful, huge selection, very reasonable prices, extremely clean (literally) and what an amazing setup. I was taken on a private tour today of the new acclimation / qt room and I'll tell you the investment that has been made to care for corals and especially the new fish that will be coming soon is amazing. I didn't take pictures (should've) but I think that should go to the owners to show off the new system for when the livestock begins to arrive.
I suggest if anyone wants to buy fish or corals don't hesitate in ordering from Canada corals. You know you'll be getting excellent quality and very healthy fish. Their quarantine system is excellent. If they have time maybe they can post pictures and comment on how the setup will work when it's ready.
I picked up a bunch of goodies today but they'll be stuck in the cooler until tomorrow afternoon when I can get them all onto the tank the staff was nice enough to pack up my order as if it was being shipped across the country. ( I bought a bunch of corals that are slightly browned out but they're in great shape they lost a bit of color due to overfeeding) I could've purchased beautiful colored up colonys but we made the choice to try my luck and not kill the wallet should my tank not treat them right. They are healthy corals and hopefully I can reduce the nutrient level enough to help them "pop" with color over time. I got a couple nice colored softy corals as well.
Thanks again to Canada Corals for the tour and great service and I'll be back in town next month (hopefully [emoji2] )
I snapped a few teaser photos of some of the corals.
This was a small section of the browned out corals I picked from. (nothing in comparison to the nice stuff) I didn't take a photo to compare sorry.
Pictures taken with my cell phone. I told them to post some store shots to show off how cool their setup is. Lol.
