Can someone tell me if this is some kind of mushroom or an anemone ? It is maybe the size of a toonie and doesn't seem to be getting any bigger.

Of course Mojanos "bubble" as well and come in all kinds of nice colours...
If it's a BTA it will grow...if it's a Mojano it will split....
