I remember as a kid taking stuff like that apart!
It would never work again!

Its a chemically treated copper sheet glued to a couple sheets of doubled up MDF Board. Coated in 1/8" of clear epoxy. ITs tough as hell and look amazing.

Awesome work man ! Did each light have a different problem ? Wires corrode ? Or needed new chips too ?
