If you got your po4 to 0.05 to 0.08ppm I bet the GHA would disappear. The no3 will be feeding it too. What is off the charts?? What is the highest reading it will take?

I went through a high no3 period this is how I brought it down.
Start doing 10% wc per week and suck up the crud in the sump, also clean the sand in sections (if you don't have a dsb) also use a small pump to blow off the rocks.
Start vinegar dosing using this chart

Within a month you should start seeing great results. Don't go fast fast reduction can result in coral stress and cyano

What I'd do is very extreme but here goes, Get another tank and remove the Fish and what ever Corals aren't affected by the Algea and start over. Yup I know but sometimes it's easier than fighting a big PO4 battle. Cook the rock or get rid of it entirely. You can save it but it takes time and patience But that's what I'd do, easy, squeezy
