I think a few people are bringing their own setups this year.  I'm particularly interested in seeing people ONE UP each other, which might lead to even more the following year.  Prizes are good, hopefully the word is getting out, I'm starting kijiji and other online ads this week....

The raffle items are killer, there will be an info sheet on each item, there is some seriously $$$ items up for grabs this year.

Note to those offering up items, definitely feel free to bring flyers or cards or whatever with the items  :)

I plan to announce the donor, the manufacturer and the value when I do the raffle.  I want to be sure everyone gets credit where due!

Okay, doors for the vendors will open at 9am, and if you are local, I may be there the evening before putting up posters and whatnot.  Open to public at 12 noon, so don't bring anything that takes more than 3 hours to put up, and hopefully less than an hour to break down,

Thos interested, or that I have talked to, about helping out please shoot me an email so I can sort of organize what's going on with that.  With the 2 levels, and the BBQ I will need to ensure that people don't sneak in on the lower level so I need more goons. Lieutenant Malloy will still be on the front door this year, but I think he was taking bribes as I caught him with a sandwich that was non fragfest issue.

How big?  I'll probably take you up on that!  I've got one but it's pretty large (was originally used for moving liverock) and doesn't really do a great job keeping bags of frags at temperature.

Unless your going to ship frags or corals just bring a cooler with a handle. Much easier to carry.

But but I want to get rid of these.
