I am worried and always suspicious as my tank is only 3 months old. I got it from @gtareef.

At least you can rest at night knowing it's healthy he's got great stuff !

I think 3 months is verryy risky , I only added 2 clowns at the 3 month mark waiting I think 8-10 months for my 1st anemone , just be prepared for it to do this aswell as it's mouth swell and other strange signs it will show , if the anemone falls off or gets ripped at the mouth and starts oozing then I would be very concerned, I've lost 2 anemone in my life
1)it went in my filter and was shredded out the other end

2) was when I had a new tank switch over and levels /spikes did it in ,

Just try not to over feed them a lot of people do anemones are 2/3 photosynthetic that being said they can survive no problem off light itself (giving it's a good enough light to keep them alive and happy) keep us posted ! Always like to see anemones :)
