How far will you go, I've got a little red sports car who hates the snow, I'm looking forward to spring so I can hit the roads and go to Sarnia and Courtright and Corunna and Port Huron and where ever else those special Corals are being sold.

I think Hamilton has been the farthest I went, but that was not my gas bill :)

I have to consider time on the road and gas when it comes to cost when shopping. Driving to London, 2 hours round trip on the road and $30 in gas is not that tempting to save a few bucks on used items. Even a good tank deal, say 150$ in London as example, when I can get the same one for $200 locally, I would get it locally. Basically the price has to outway the cost IMHO. I typically will travel 30 minutes to meet if I have to. I have met in Chatham, Comber (recently for a frag trade), used to go to Highgate sometimes, but that is about as far as I go when I am fronting the gas bill.

As long as I can make the trip to and from within 24 hours then I shall go meaning I will only drive one direction for corals up to 8 - 12 hours. Max

a 12hr one way drive for coral is absolutely nuts..

i love it!!

My travels are typically 900kms a day, so weekend 'drives' are not for me really lol. Anyone know any good reefers on i75 LoL?

12 hours I pretty awesome!
But i don't know if that is really necessary when corals can be shipped....might cost $50 but still a better deal I think. Anyways, I'm glad someone brought up this topic.... I'd say the craziest traveller when it comes to corals is jason fox from Maryland.... The man will go to every single swap all over the USA.... Pretty insane if you asked me and that's not even taking into consideration how far the man travels just to obtain his prized corals....

Lol I'm lazy. 30 min drive max for most things.  If I was buying a tank setup. Maybe a Windsor to London trip. And I won't go to the states. For a trip specifically for stuff either.

4-5 hours. There's just to many nice places in the 1.5-2.5 hour range though.

When I stared in salt water if you didn't drive to Detroit or Buffalo you only had blue damsels.  Now its hard to justify going much further than Dundas and Dixie and its often hard to justify even that except for fun.
