Well to be exact,  Tigers are playing for their 4th straight ALDS,  and yes will play for the ALCS pennant.  Which they won in 2012.
Then hopefully on to the world series again... 

All that aside,  Hooray the Penguins are defeated,  now time for the Bruins too!

Of the 20+ people sending me "haha!" texts, only 1 was a real Hab fan, and he was the only civil one.  The rest were people who normally root against the habs, but the irony is obviously lost on them, so that actually made me smile. 

All I know is we need another Marchand on the team, and maybe another Chara for next year.  Otherwise I hope they don't break up the team too bad. 

Funny thing, coyotes are out back right now attacking a skunk... right here in the city.  That freaks me out more than the loss.  Dogs are going nuts.  WTF when did Canada get coyotes?

The whole team is disrespectful.  Lucic is the baby.  His "presidents trophy" team got owned by a bunch of 5' hoodlems.

1st place in the league means nothing, as a wings fan who's team has dominated in the past 20 years, we all know not to talk shit about being the top point leaders after the regular season, it all comes down to the playoffs.

This guys professionalism is astounding.

Boston simply could not get into montreals heads, they couldn't play dirty against them because Montreal was simply quicker then them.... And to be honest Montreal didn't really fight back, sure a little scrum here and there, but over all the habs players just skates away....

And as you can see, if Boston can't play dirty against their opponent they can't play at all haha...

Marchand, 7 seconds into the second was it? Snow shower on price......

..As I see it (not a habs fan at all), My Wings, errrr.. Griffin's knocked out first round..
So root for the teams that knock out my most despised teams, Pittsburgh, Boston...
Both successfully gone!!  Now who wins...I don't care...

But I'd have to say, that a Montreal win is good for Canadian hockey IMO. 

So, I'm unsure if this is other's philosophy or just on the bandwagon... 
I will watch Montreal going forward, as I think they deserve success after taking out a much more powerful team!!
Besides, Chara sucks balls!!!!!

To be honest, that series was hard fought between Montreal and Boston, it could've gone either way. I'm not so sure why Rask was so nervous in net, he's been down this road before and was a beast, last night he didn't look to comfortable.  Great series also, whoever won this series is who I was rooting for. I want habs to just year into That stupid arrogant goalie of the NYR. He's a classless piece of shit too

I could never root for montreal, everything about them is anti-Canada, from the horrible (and I mean horrible) rendition of the national anthem, to the firing of any coach that isn't french....  oh and non stop "Bergeron is french he shouldn't be on Boston he should be on Montreal"...

Oh and lastly, the stadium fans.  They are, without a doubt, the WORST fans in hockey.  I used to think it was philly, until I watched montreal fans throwing garbage on their own ice and at players the other night.  That's clinched it for me.  So now I am in a similar situation to you, I can just sit back and watch the games. 


One difference, I won't be texting hab fans after they lose to NY and go "ahhhhh, you suck, hahahahahah whoooo!!".  Just not classy

Ya, i just called out Lucic, and I hate Marchand besides that I could care less who won that series, I'm happy for Montreal for beating the top seeded team in the league.
