Hob Filter To Fuge Conversion

Hi all....just wondering who has experience converting a hob filter to a fuge... looking for some detailed information and experience... I wanna see how this works out. I don't wanna spend big bucks on a fuge if I don't like it so I thought I'd try the conversion route since I already have a big hob filter anyway. Thanks

maybe needs some edges on the sides of the emergency overflow..

Isn't playing with acrylic so much fun lol gotta love methylene chloride looks awesome but ya add the side pieces.

@nathan depending the size of your tank a large waterfall filter works great for chaeto or mangroves as well.

@dale has worked very hard at building me that great fuge so I'll definitely be using it... so as a shout out for dale... I really appreciate him going out of his way to build this for me.
