Hello everyone. Im new to this forum. Lots of great info and pics on here and everyone seems to be really helpful and welcoming.
A little about myself I have kept a 55 gal reef mostly lps and softys for the past 5 years with a durso standpipe overflow and sump.I would like to now upgrade to a 90 gal with a over the back bean animal design.I want to order from miracles similar to Dimas build In the members tank build section.I was wondering if anyone could suggest bulkhead and pipe sizes for return pipes and overflow.I also not sure what gph I should be running at. If anyone could give me any help in this area I much Appreciate;)

5-10 gph / gallon sump flowthru is fairly standard (not to be confused with tank flow rate which includes powerheads)
~450-900 seems to be in your ballpark, if you are running a refugium people tend to stay on the 5 side of things where as a standard sump more lean towards 10

Are you looking for a custom build, have you heard of NAFB they are in Scarborough, the guy who runs the store and builds the tanks is named John, he will build you anything you want. Rimless, exterior overflow, or you could buy a 90 from Big Al's.
