So my tank is finally almost back to where I want it. The next hurdle is for me to attack the dreaded palythoa. My tank is slowly being over run by the zombie buttons and it is a loosing battle. Most are on rocks that I can not remove. I started vinegar injections tonight, and will kalk paste ones that are on level ground, but does anyone have an aipstasia zapper or laser I could borrow maybe? Anyone have any other suggestions on getting them out without taking the rock out?

Cover any spot that has zombie palys with a black piece of whatever size acrylic you need, or another rock, no light- no grow, might take a couple weeks but weakens the affect and toxins on the tank

[emoji24] Why so far away? Came home today to my last poly of pink hippo missing. These bastards are growing quicker then I can get rid of them.

Wow that sucks, do you have some pics so that newer members can avoid them.

How is the battle going? I had to nuke mine from orbit, I had been doing the paste method, but there's just no way to keep head of them. I had one that grew 3" our of the substrate because I stuffed it upside down into the sand... looked like a crazy toadstool. I ended up with ONE of the damn things in the new tank, I think I got it with the paste but who knows.

Got a pick of them Torx. and you can make a wand quite easily but that may not do it either.
This is some I still have yet to attack

This rock was covered. Got 90% of them, going to peel off the left overs.

Still struggling. Too many to hit at once without hurting the tank.
