I feed reefroids and Reef pearls

I feed in the morning before work. My lights are still out so it seems like the best time to feed. I don't do it every morning, just when I remember. About 3 to 4 times a week. Does it help? Well I can't say for sure but it doesn't hurt. And 30 bucks every few months isn't going to break the bank so I don't really care. I've tried Fuel, and all it did was make my glass really green, really fast so I stopped.

I target feed certain corals once or twice a week. Like my Anemone's and a few other softies.

I was chatting to a friend and experienced reefer and told me that reefriods is very high in yeast and po4.
I have jumped on the reef pearls bandwagon

I call BS on that part. You would have to dump in the entire container to screw with your phosphates. Food like these, less is more. You don't need spoonfuls. I add like 1 pinch of each or maybe a LITTLE more at best.

Oh I don't disagree with you I do the same thing - the yeast thing concerns me - it will add fuel to any cyano or gha
