EEEK!  I've done that.... very *shocking* experience :p.  All jokes aside hope you are OK.  Have you tried rinsing the boards in RO water?  When I dropped my fixture in, it fried the power supply, but even after replacing that I found that the LEDs still wouldn't turn on, and the culprit was short by salt residue.  Rinsed in RO water and all was well.

If I wasn't currently using the MH pendant I got off you as a holdover during my LED upgrade I would offer that up.

you should try 100% rubbing alchohol, it tends to make any mosture evapourate away and 100% non destructive to electronics. just soak all the boards and electrical and let it dry out better, maybe sit it all in front of a space heater for the day  and then try

yes, it doesn't take much to short the control circuits out, sometimes moisture can get under the chips, the alcohol should be able to adsorb and or drive it out. Saltwater is very conductive.

Sorry man just saw this, I've got an LED DIY that would work, could drop it off tomorrow morning, not for sale but you could borrow it.
