getting back into the hobby after a tank crash 6 months ago and will need a proper clean up crew. This is a 300g tank with 450lbs live rock. Im looking for suggestions on what snails, crabs or anyother creatures will help me keep it clean as it is hard to reach the rocks and sandbed.

Great question, I have no idea what the answer should be.

But I have found less is best. I think that's the main reason why people find a bunch of dead snail a few weeks or months after getting them. They fail to feed them after all the algae is depleted.

I have a lawn mower blenny that I haven't directly feed in 8 months. Because I have indirect light causing algae and a sparse clean up crew. I have a conch that I feed a sinking pellet once a week. Just picked up two emerald crabs they are good for bubble algae and some other nucience stuff but they need meaty food when they get bigger or they will eat your snails.
Any hermit crab I've ever had ate snail, even when I provided many empty shells.

Large turbos knock a suprising amount of stuff over. Need sand bed for Nassarius snails

In short get a few to start and then add if required

I have a 300g display with 400 gallons of total water volume. My clean up crew is as follows:
3x Strawberry Conch
1x Fighting Conch
20x Nassarius Snails
1x Sandsifting Starfish
25x Red Banded Trochus (Continously Breeding)
10x Turbo Snails
1x Halloween Hermit
12x Blue Leg Hermit Crabs
1x Multicolour Urchin
Overall they keep the tank extremely clean and it's not overdone. I have a 2.5" sandbed and about 325 lbs of live rock. Hope this helps give you an idea of what you'll need.
