Can I hold water in this?

From ikea.  Says it's polypropylene.  Should I risk it?

If it is polypropylene then it should be Okay.  Rinse it before and give a vinegar bath. Planning for RODI or SW?

My concern wouldn't be the plastic but the strength. Most totes are not strong enough to be filled with water without bowing/breaking.

+1 maybe ok if you never fill it more than half full

Thanks.  I think ill give it a try.  I'll just buy one for sw for now to see how it goes.  If it bows, I'll just use it for storage.
