Buckets of salt in the hatch of my car for a week

So we are leaving for Cancun this Saturday. We are heading over to Detroit Friday afternoon after work and am thinking about grabbing 3 or 4 buckets of Aquavitro Salinity salt. I found a place over there who sells the 200 gallon buckets for $42 and change compared to the almost $80 a bucket here this is a huge savings. My question is it will it be ok in the hatch of my car for 8 days while on vacation. I know we could grab it the day we come back but I know the last two years we just wanted to get home as it's a long day and also the store is kinda out of the way. So the wife will definately just say forget it.

Isn't the salt in bags in the bucket? I have had 6 buckets of IO in my garage since boxing day, I should open one and find out if they are bad.

No Adam Aquavitro Salinity sits in the buckets no bag. Unless they recently changed this. I have only bought one bucket so far and there was no bag. I know that when I was using Red Sea coral pro it was inside a bag in the bucket.

$80 for salt? That is crazy. Last place I went in windsor for salt and saw it was $80, I told him it would be cheaper if I drive from windsor to london and I passed. A few minutes later he said it was "marked wrong" and matched londons prices.

Yep Torx it is crazy they even ask I think 70 for just plane old instant ocean. They are robbers. So as proud I am to be Canadian I from now on will give my money to an American store for my salt. Actually I made a mistake 80$ was for the bucket of Aquavitro salinity that make 125 gallons. Also when I called the store back in the states to make sure they would have 3 of the buckets the girl had given me the price for the bucket that makes 125 gallons and the one that makes 225 gallons is $77 and here that bucket is $125 yes I said $125. Insane. So yes no longer am I gonna get raped.

I get the redsea coral pro here for 60 bucks from that certan store no one pays their marked prices

I use too only pay $60 for the Red Sea coral pro too but when I switched he told me the best he could do on the aquavitro salinity was $80 and that was for the bucket that makes 125. I have known the guys on walker rd for almost 20 yrs so yeah I don't pay there ridiculaus marked prices but $80 for the small bucket is crazy when I can get it for 42$. If I wasn't running bio pellets I would still be using Red Sea coral pro but it's alk it way too high to use with bio pellets
