Nope I'm going to look at bulbs make sure there all in contact ect but they are they all fire up

Its obviously not working properly.....you shouldnt have this much trouble.....try calling ati north america or return the fixture. When i called ati about issues i was having using the dimming feature they were very helpful....even on a sunday afternoon!

I have to take it to bill and let him see the problem I will drooping it off Sunday to him and let him see what the problem is I was talking to an electrician and said that the new gfi that they came out with are very finicky when abbey home this week I'm going to check bulbs ect but I know something is wrong and want it fix only few days old

But i thought you had stated that it does not work properly in a standard non gfci receptacle either...... and you mentioned you had tried it in another gfci besides just the one at your tank..... hope you figure it out! Good luck! And it may be worth a shot calling ati but of course best option might be returning it to the lfs you got it from which looks like IA..... bill should be able to help you out no problem

Yes i have talked to ati they have told me what to do and Bill and they both have been great I was asked to take it to bill and let him take care of it it can be a ballast or a short in light for it to pop like that
