This sounds like a good trip to take, How long did it take for the train ride, did you have a Cabin,

we always take a overnite trip to chiacgao ..its a 6 hour train ride.  train leaves port huron at 530 am everyday.  and yu leave chicago at 430 pm everyday.    ..we get our train ticket at amtrak. and go to expedia for the motel.

It seems pretty easy. I'd love to check it out, I've never bin to Chicago. have to check on pricing. thanks for sharing

Yep was a good little drive, not bad at all. Definitely worth checking out shedd aquarium for sure

[/quote]i looked at amtrak. round trip from port huron.    if yu go sat is 55 bucks for 2 pl.  but sunday is 144 for 2 ppl. but if yu come home monday its 55 bucks.
