I don't run Carbon currently, maybe that's it? Dunno, but it does stick well when u use glue also, I'll use it again and see if it happened.. Maybe it was just all the coral slime from the stag.

I've used this type of epoxy a number of times, been through about 3 tubes of it.  It always makes my skimmer go a little nutty but never for more than an hour or two.

I also had a problem with my skimmer after using putty. It calmed down after a few days. I prefer putty for my bigger pieces.

i used it again today, but only 2 balls a bit bigger than a pea. skimmer is skimming ok
