Well that depends on what you are using it for. I used it years ago when it first came out I did not find any great benefits with it, but some will use it just for insurance. I figure with the quality of the food now a days you don't need it, now if you got a fish that is a little under the weather maybe but if you look at some of these foods now wow NLS, Omega, NorthFin, New Era if you look at the ingredients the fish are eating better then we are. The price to is well you can find it a not bad of a price but I seen at one place $22.00 you are out of your mind and there was a guy buying it ReefSuppies Canada has it for $13.11. So bottom line I guess its what are feeding now if it is a lower quality food and you want to add a boost then yes it would be of use but if you using a high quality food I don't think you or your fish need it. Its just like Human taking Vitamins too much is not good either.

I'm using it right now to see if I can get my naso to eat. My fish seem to be healthy but I will use this daily and see if there is a Benefit.

I agree with the quality of foods these days it shouldn't be required but as you said you gotta get your Naso eating again, Have you tried some Brine, not much because it's fatty. I'd try some but like I said sparingly.
