I finally got the unit updated. Now I have to figure out how to write code to program it. So far fusion looks like a great program.

I am seriously considering throwing in the towel on Arduino and getting an Apex. Not enough free time to do all the development I want to do with the Arduino. I just want something plug and play that can get the job done.

Question for you guys. I'm trying to figure out the difference between the Apex Jr and Standard. It looka like the only difference is the smaller power bar and lack of pH module. The table I'm looking at also says that the Jr can expand to a max of 16 modules, but the standard says 260. I'm thinking that it's just the addition of the pH module that changes this, am I correct?

If I got a Jr now, would there be anything standing in my way from later getting the pH module and a bigger power bar to turn my unit into a "standard" system?

I thought the display module was also lacking in the junior.

Jr is limited to 4 modules, the display counting as one. This is the main difference. It's all compatible with all modules.

I consistently read people who bought jr and lite and regret not getting the full apex. Just my .05

I bought the junior, but didn't buy it in a kit. You used to be able to buy just the jr controller by itself, so I never bought the display as I figured I'll always have a computer or phone. (Some say well what if your network goes down...well I like to think of myself as semi skilled in this aspect)

So instead of the display I bought an eb8, so I was still under the price of a full apex, but have 12 outlets instead of just 8. I also bought a PM1 to do PH and a second temp. I run one in my RO water, I have it set that if the temp from RO tank gets too low (if I'm filling it up as I don't have a float switch) the ato outlet which runs a tunze turns off until tell rises)
