My big flame tip anenome has split and both are on the same rock. this is a large rock with about 8 big deep holes on it and they are in different holes. Without splitting the rock is there any way to get one of them off the rock so I can put in another tank

Last I was there, the rock could come out. The foot of each is deep in a different hole, so can not even get an ice cube to the foot to piss em off.

Put the rock over a bucket of saltwater with the anemones pointing down. At least one will let go.

The powerhead works that I've seen but the gent who showed it to me had it at the surface sucking air so it was blowing alot of bubbles straight at the foot location. Nem let go completely in about 5 mins. Tickle tickle.

If you can reach the base of one of them try running an ice cube along the base. I've tried this many times and it's always worked well for me.
