Advice On A Skimmer

i have a 150 g reef with a 55 g sump that runs about 25-30 gallons.

I have a reef octopus 150 skimmer I bought a year ago. My tank is stocked pretty heavily, with the following fish

Blue throat trigger
Fox face
Small emperor angel
Blue tang
Sailfin tang
Banner fish
2 nemos
3 anthias

The skimmer is just loaded with crap in a couple days and I know I'm way under skimming.
I'm looking to upgrade my skimmer. I was looking at a SRO 3000 from reef octopus. Anybody have any suggestions in this price range?

Im gettin the sro 3000 tomorrow. Theyre rated for 300gall. So your heavily stocked 150 should be fine with the sro 3000. Im using it on a 135, with a 30g sump and 35g fuge.

The JNS brand skimmers are getting good reviews lately.

They use Italian Sicee pumps (same as the Vertex Omega) and for the price they can't be beat.

I've got a JNS ConeS CO-2 on my 90 gallon and I love it. I will have it up for sale once the 200 is up and running but it may not be big enough to handle your load. I'm thinking you would need a co3.
