Is such thing exist? I am looking to find an online calculator that will calculate actual water volume after sands and rocks.

There wont be a calculator that is going to guess the volume of your rock. You might be able to guesstimate specific grades of sand, other then that, measure your actual water volume with a measuring tape, covert these cubic inches to gallons. (LxWxH)

Put a piece of masking tape on your water line. Take out some water, enough to make room for your rock and sand, then fill the tank back up to the tape.

The remaining water in the bucket will equal the volume your rock and sand displaces.

Home depot sells 5 gallon buckets with gallons and liter gradients on the side, handy for things like this.
