Hey guys i got 2 new anthias to add to the 2 already in tank. Iv had them for 5 days now and they still not eating . One always hides in rock crevices barly swims ever and wont eat. the other swims in the open and and is active but wont take food. Gave it a few days trying frozen eggs frozen brine and different pellets. Still no interest in food. Any idea what i should do. Thinking of going mississauga big als and get some live brine shrimp. What do you guys recomend.

Honestly i havnt qt any fish except my tang. 30+ gallons waterchanges weekly.
I acclimate for 1-2 hr adding tank water and removing bag water and put in dt, so far out of all fish ive only ever had problems with anthias.
I got first 3 last year 1 of them died first couple nights. The other 2 were good but then the one kept picking on the other non stop so i got 2 more.
those 4 were good 1 turned male and 3 female untill i moved in september. Male died in bucket while moving cause im dumb and put liverock in fish buckets for "filtration", another died next day probably same reason.
Back to 2 so i wanted another 2 and now im in this situation.

Thanks though ill try again early tomorow see if they eat if not ill pm you and get a way over there. Iv been wanting to try making my own so if it works ill just copy you...unless its classified info.

Thanks everyone for suggestions and @shamous113 for the offer. Ended up getting a piece of reef frenzy which helped a little at first. Then i got mysis and frozen cyclops aswell. Now i mix everything together with a little garlic and something has been working because they are both eating. The one still hides alot but less and less each day. I think they gona be fine now.

You may also want to try some Flake food as most of the Fish would have be fed Flake. I would try this,
very good Food and I have yet to see a fish refuse it.
