How To Increase Pod Population

I have few pods in my little AIO refugium, and would like to know how to increase their population. I turn on the fuge light only between 7 pm to 7 am.

What's the recipe? Or is it just a matter of time?

I have chaeto in chamber 5 and rock rubbles in chamber 4 and hope that pods can use these rubbles as their home if they want to.

If I add a bottle of live pods into the tank, will that effect water parameters in anyway? is there such thing as having too much of pods? If there is, will it effect fish, CUC, and corals in negative way?

I only have 2 clowns for now. Mandarin is on my list, but not getting them anytime soon.

Kind of like adding any fish just drip them to get use to your water for 20-30 min before dumping them in , better survival and less stressful to the pods

Also do it after lights out, in a calm area of the tank , preferably rock

Like shooter said.... after lights out.... if u put in main tank with the lights on.... the fish will gobble them up as you put them in.... with lights out you get a better survival rate as fish won't see them and they will head for safe areas to hide

I do the above, lights out, feed the fish well when lights are on. Float them to match water temp and I reach in the tank and squirt them right into the rock work to sneak past my hungry crew.

Sorry let me refer what I mean
I take the bottle and put it into a cup and get a drip line from my tank to the cup and slowly drip and when that's done I'll move the cup to something bigger like a container or pot , drip for 15-20 min then put them right in
