What fish does everyone have in their tank? I have a preliminary stocking list for my tank, which will probably change depending on compatibility/availability/price. Just curious what fish people are keeping together. Here's my plan:

Macneill's assessor basslett

Indigo hamlet

Scissortail dartfish

Diamond watchman goby

Harlequin bass

Needlenose hawkfish

Goldstripe maroon clown

Blue spot puffer

Psychedelic mandarin

Leopard wrasse

Scribbled rabbitfish

Copperband butterfly

Yellow tang
One spot fox face
Starry blenny
Falcos hawkfish
Maroon gold bar clown
Reg perc.
Black mis-bar clown
Black bar chromis
Blue green chromis
Royal gramma
Purple firefish
Psyco Mandarin

NO MORE FISH... I promise x

The puffer will eventually become way too large and aggressive for many of the other fish on the list. At best they are fin nippers, at worst they can be fish eaters best kept with other large tough tank mates....and beak trimming will be required....but super interesting and tons of personality in the right circumstances.

I completely forgot about the beak trimming issue (which was debatable around the web about 4 years ago when I had one). Guess i'll put a blue spot puffer in its place. Last one I had was a model citizen.

Rob, I am so glad that you are on this site, you are such a wealth of knowledge.. I never knew that the puffer had to have its beak trimmed..thank you...

My fish list is a mash up with everything in temporary tanks waiting for my new tank to get going....

Frag tank has; small purple tang, small magnificent foxface (boxing day sale) and Springeri Damsel.

200gal; Regal Tang, Tomini Tang, Copperband Butterfly, Harlequin Tusk, Spanish Hogfish.

....probably wil be selling Harlequin Tusk and Spanish Hogfish to make future reef shrimp friendly....maybe
