Little White Particles

so ny tank in last two days has these particles flyin around. Iunno if my shrimp disturbed the sandbed or its just pods... i did a nice clean up on my chambers and media bags so its not that... pictures are hard to take cant see the particles .... am i just panicing for no reason?

Unless the tank looks like something is wrong, like corals and fish don't look good at this stage I would not worry. Hook up some mechanical media like filter floss or a sock or something else along those lines to help remove things if you are really worried.

If you have a good pop population they are known to have a population boom every few months and normally causes a WTF moment lol are there a bunch on the glass or only water column? or like you said shrimp might have high tailed it to cover somewhere.

My corals all seem happy and heathy so do my fish. Did a water change just incase.
