January 9th against columbus.
January was a rough month....
1 win
11 losses
1 OT loss
-------------------
Grand total of 3 points of 26.
Scored 16 goals vs. 42 against.
Lowest scoring month in leaf franchise HISTORY.
ouch.
As per my prediction earlier in the year, the leafs stay in that meaty part of the no-playoff curve. 24th or 25th overall, meaning they don't get Connor McDavid or Jack Eichel....
Go leafs, tank the season for a mediocre draft pick..... makes sense to me.
